What a terrible state for a driver. I remember in the late 80s when I got my license my car insurance quote was something like $2800 per year. Worst state for drivers of any age period, terrible congestion, terrible weather, smells a bit like BBB said. The most over legislated state in the union. Oh and the 60% tax rate. So glad I don't live there anymore.
@BullittFan_Førds4Life: Reløaded: Nope, not one bit. However once they do have a solution, not at all. Come on, you have to admit this is pretty damn unprecedented. Ford's handling of the exploding Explorer death tires (Letterman's definition, not mine), no sales halted. GM airbags can go off without an accident, no sales halted. Chrysler builds the Sebring, no sales halted. I'm just saying, somebody over at Toyota has a giant pair that would be impossible to find at GM, Ford, or Fiat.
Pee on Toyota all you want, you would NEVER see any of the small 3 halt sales of a vehicle over a recall. They have an issue with one supplier of one component and are risking their stock taking a massive dive to resolve the issue. Just reaffirms my belief in them as a company that is committed to quality.
GM announced to their network of Buick dealers the new mid-size sport sedan from Buick will be none other than the Regal.
Uh, I thought the Lacrosse was their midsize sport sedan. This is so GM, a thousand models that compete with each other.
@All_Thumbs - R.O.A.C.H.: Actually Shitty American cars (your words) result from the melding of teams of accountants and the UAW. Something I had hoped bankruptcy would eliminate.
