Lolz to "speed limiter." That's some fancy tech right there man and you won't find fancy tech on these bikes. Just make sure the rear drum brakes aren't dragging and engine is fueling properly and you're good to go.

10 years ago they might have had problems with reliability, but they're much, much better now. The factory is really focusing on quality. 45 MPG is a better real world fuel economy figure.
