Dear God give me a break all you negative nellies! Why do you all feel the need to trash Detroit and every single car made there? Have you been there? I doubt it. And when was the last time you owned an American car? The Vega?
I get it. Detroit has made huge mistakes and at the present I don't even drive an American car myself but I'll be damned if I will fault anyone who does. I have been to Detroit and I like it. Yes its raw, gritty and maybe its even a bit scary at times but it is also steeped in American history and few other cities have helped to define America like Detroit has.
One more thing, Chrysler is paying 3 million dollars per day in interest on its loan from taxpayers so you'll get "your money" (thats a joke) back and then some. So shut up with all the bellyaching about that also. Its done, get over it.
My friend bought a Kizashi Sport and not only does it look good but its quite a performer for the price. Its sad that Americans are such sheep that they just look at the Camry and nothing else.
@Xander Crews - WRX REASCEND: Yes, thats what Im suggesting. I wouldn't steal anything but if I were risking jail time with bubba then it would definitely not be an LFA. Hell, I would steel your WRX first! :)
@UnlimitedRevs: Oh believe me I know stupid is everywhere. My job has kept me here for 7 years and my run is done. If I have to endure one more summer I just may quit and start selling hot dogs by the road. The grass is not always greener in Florida, unless you're running from something which Im sure is the number one reason most people move here.
Reporters asked Marchionne how the Grand Wagoneer would differ from the seven-seat Jeep Commander. His response: "That car was unfit for human consumption. We sold some. But I don't know why people bought them."
I really like this guy and I like whats he's done with so little at Chrysler so far.
