<![CDATA[SuperCarnitas commented on 1977 Chevrolet Nova]]> In 1979 our family bought a Buick Skylark (yellow! with racing stripes!), marked down because the front-drive X-body cars were just coming out. 10 years old at the time, I moped because the new hot square cars were so much better looking.

Stupid-ass kid.

<![CDATA[SuperCarnitas commented on Project Car Hell: VW Bus With 911 Engine or 911 With VW Bus Engine?]]> The bus, no question.

I've emailed the owner and it has an early 66-67 motor. 130PS. Which seems totally reasonable as much as I'd love to see a 3.6L turbo in these things. Stock brakes, though, so plan on augmenting with Flinstones-style foot braking.

I just wish it had back seats for montessori-school-parking-lot-hoonage.
