I-40 will be shutdown-shutdown @ downtown Knoxville. The work around will be I-640 which will be woefully over capacity for 18 hours a day. I-40W should be closed @ Broadway/Hall of Fame/James White Pkwy. I-40E will be closed @ I-275.
