As a landlord,I just evicted a smoker who was warned numerous time not to smoke inside(Insurance makes me do that...fire hazard and all) So what do they do? Smoke hanging out the window and throw their butts on the ground. 100+ butts in your front yard might change your mind.

@Peter M Zanetti: They can ban what the wish on their property. They are banning Tobacco not someones (bad) habits. Just like you won't be allowed to smoke inside my house. Property owner's rules trump the habits of visitors/ students.
What's with the blinspot whining? This is a future car. It has tiny cameras all around allowing you to see. You just can't spot them. Because the are from the future...and they're small. :p
