@Nurburgringer: 40 hrs of CNC lathe work and 4 pieces of 15"x2" billet T6
@countachs2k: Finally some one makes the connection. I thank you!
@cmkennedy: I thank you very much. I will take that into consideration!
@DenaBabarong: You are correct sir. I once saw a real GT40 with a Boss 351 and the Bundle of snakes might have something to do with my look. I love GT40s but still my heart lies with the Countach shape. I just took the liberty to combine the two.
@bygeorge: Wisconsin is fairly easy to register. I also have the donor title the engine came out of makes it even easier. It is called a hobbyist plate. Green and yellow letters! Nice!
@Carbonic: Nice pickup on the pedal placement. I am a little too big for the car and had to place the pedals where they are. The passenger will just have to sit with their knees around their ears! No really want to purchase a set of 3 pedal Tilton floor mounts and redo the whole setup. It works now but needs to be better. I need a higher pedal ratio for the clutch anyways.
@PatFromGundo: Now you are talking my language. Though I may have to get another home equity loan for the gas at $5.87/gal.

Thanks

@KingRoyale: Now I am speechless. Thank you
@lilwillie: Well the body is made of aluminum....where did you think it came from LOL! I did some my best thinking after a few.............Just having fun here!
@offyatindy: 2years. I suffer from poor time management skills!
@Adidac425: It has only been out a few weeks. You must wait my friend.

Thanks

@Al Navarro: I am sorry you take it that way. It was more out of respect to the design. I didn't want to take credit for it.
@scardella: That will have to be another release. It has only been in this world a few weeks. Baby steps Dr. Leo Marvin...baby steps.
@Maxichamp: Now this even made me laugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@stoke:Red is too in your face for my tastes. I wanted something a little more subdued and classy at the same time. black was also a choice but I didn't think my body work skills were up to that level.
@joshman: Two girls. No next project. It is payback to the wife. Someday blow of the molds I have and reproduce in fiberglass. Never in aluminum again. My retirement project.
@Rock517: I have been a weight lifter for 20+ years. I used to be able to pick up a big block Chevy bare block and through it into a CK10 hone without the hoist. Maybe that is why my back gives me troubles now.....bend with your knees! Really, two big guys can easily carry a short block down the stairs.
@six: My wife loves your comment!
She got a big laugh out of it.
I want to thank all of you for the very kind words. I hope you liked the story. Every word of it was true. I do want to clear up a few things. I didn't work on it every day, in fact I took a year off to restore an old Harley and had basement flooding 3 times set me back another. I was forced to remove it before it was 100% due to another flooding this coming spring. I have never had that problem before or would have never considered it in the basement. Yes I am a Ford lover hence Boss 351 high revving small block. Some will take offense to perhaps tarnishing the marque but I don't see it that way. I never expected the world was going to look over my shoulder. If that was my intention maybe....maybe I would have thought differently. Anyway, I will answer questions the best I can. Thanks
