You do realize GM is the one blocking all efforts to bring in investment to Saab, right? GM held (stole) the technology it wanted from Saab when they dumped them, and refuse to allow any competitors to gain access through investment. Yes I'm bitter.
I think I disagree with you on the value of the Smart concept... to me a 2 seat with a utility bed sounds a whole hell of a lot more practical than Smart's current US offerings.
