And to your point, there are many PI 4.6 2v motors with nothing more than a Vortech running 9 PSI and an air-to-air inter cooler making 400 whp. That's 180 whp over stock.
And lots not forget that these motors made 300 lb-ft of torque in even there most anemic trim.
Forgive me, I'm not an account but, in the case you've stated, at least the product has been made and "delivered". They will eventually be sold, even if it is at a loss for the dealership.
Generally accepted criteria for recognizing revenue:
Product / service has been delivered
An agreement exists
Can reasonably demonstrate an ability to collect
Price is fixed
So, I'm just curious how they can claim revenue for these cars...
