@Van Sarockin, rogue trebuchet: While in Florida this week I saw a Corvair (same as Dad's first car at that)wrapped around a bridge support. Woulda broke my heart if I had one :( #topten
NC made it! Home sweet home, and watch out for the orange traffic barrel, it's our state flower.
I liked the Recaros (IIRC) in my '89 GTI but am gonna go with the seats in my Volvos, the 740 and the 240. On the other hand, the split bench in my Tacoma sucks, and the non-split bench in Dad's '87 Yota sucks worse!
@pecan 3.14159265: In Greensboro, NC there was a Drug Emporium, thus adhering to emporium making a cooler sounding name... in this case, a gigantic RevCo.
Heh, I work for Regulus. It's lonely out here.
What's BAMF in Russian?
Looks handsome for a total porker.
I love the Stormtroopers of Death on the iPodTouchPhone.
I'll keep this in mind should my Pioneer go wandering.
My current ride, a '97 Tacoma. In its last 4 years and 52,000 miles (now at 133k total) in my keep, it's needed a belt and a change of tires. The front bumper has an interesting rust band, err, sunburnt-looking patina, now; and the rear bumper has survived a few run-ins with light poles.
Looks like what the VehiCross shoulda been!
@Danimal: I may do the same thing... I held off on a PS2 'till GT4 came out. It's now serving as a pint-sized DVD player thesedays, though >.<
@Syrax - Official Unfunny Commenter: I'm betting appliance, police and/or rental fleet sale$.
Mom's '88 (Grand?) Voyager, metallic brown with faux wood siding, terminally unworking AC, 3 speed turned 2 speed automatic, 3.0 Mitsu V6 which was rebuilt once & was a two cycle at the time of its sale to a yokel. Handled my first flat tire three days after getting my learner's permit on that bad boy. It replaced a '75 light green Impalert w/ white vinyl roof, and was replaced by a '96 T&C which is still going strong... barring some electrical gremlins and requisite second xmission.
Was einen heissen Deutschen Corvette!
(sic grammatik)
Looks like my fellow Charlotteans & I have a new seek & destroy mission!
Sure makes me proud of my '87 (88k) and '97 (129k) in stable... whose combined mileages don't quite come near BIL's '88!
@bmoreDLJ: Are those Ciera caps 14"s?
