Absolutely. Same thing happens with truck drivers that end up being unwilling participants in some idiots' "suicide by truck". A friend had this happen; the guy aimed his car for a head-on collision with his truck, and he's still haunted by the sight of the guy's face just before impact. Sad.
My dad was a plumber/pipe fitter for a meat packing plant and told stories of broken blood drain lines that filled rooms waist-deep with blood, and he'd have to wade in to fix things up. Nasty.
The scary thing about this event is that some individual employees will likely be prosecuted for the dumping, even though they had to choose between following orders or losing their jobs. The same plant my dad worked for was discovered doing some illegal dumping, was fined, and several employees became convicted felons for their involvement. A good friend of mine was one of them. Totally thrown under the bus by the company.

They worry about what they can get done on their way to where they are going rather than how they get there, how long it takes, or what they see outside the car along the way. IOW, something like this would be perfect for about 99% of the US driving population. Pardon me while I go roll my eyes.
