Hey- The Kayako replacement we went with was Support Center.

It does email piping, knowledgebase, escalation rules, etc. and most everything else that Kayako does except for the troubleshooter as far as I can tell. I've only had one bug with the program and after contacting their support I had a response within the hour and a new version was released the next day that fixed the bug.

My only real complaint is that some of the AJAX css is inline in multiple documents, making customization difficult until you really dig in to it.

I firmly believe that for $99 they can't be beat- we downloaded the free single agent version and tried it out before we decided to buy the full version.
