@Baby Benz = long-term luxury beater: Thirded. As a 1990 300E owner. Mine is about to turn over 295000k and it just got it's first rattle. It's very quiet and it's coming from the instrument cluster when the car is cold. Otherwise this car will go for another 200000k for sure.
The W124 lives on and on and on and on...
@-MasterDex-: For the bus race, make sure all the driver aids are off as they will slow you down. The important thing is to maintain a good driving line that's how you get the gold. Turn on the line to help. For the Elise race turn on the steering correction aid so the car can't spin out as easily and follow a good driving line. Otherwise it's impossible.
@splint: The easy challenge is pretty easy, the one with the Elises is impossible unless you turn on the turn correction control in the driving aids on. It's still pretty hard after that but not impossible. Good luck.
Holy fucking christ, good morning dip shits.
This looks like a Honda Sports car, as interpreted by Granola Eco Lesbian Nazis.
My Grandfather fought at sixteen fought in the Warsaw Uprising. He never really could talk about it before going all quiet and saying "never go to war". He's got a lot of medals from it but no on really knows why. Then he lived for 50 years under communism, then 10 years of cancer. Both my Grandmothers survived concentration camps, they don't talk about either.

I live in one of the most beautiful parts of a beautiful city, I laze around and play video games all day, sometimes I work, and I like to drive nice cars.
@ranwhenparked: They wrecked a W126 with that speaker thing. It was a diesel.
@Geeky1: Why did you get rid of them? I don't know if I'm brave enough to go the V8 V12 route. That I6 is pretty dependable and easily self serviced. Also I live in British Columbia and our gas is uber expensive, in fact I try to gas up in the US whenever I can (love the big tank for that).
@Geeky1: I don't think it's bad Geeky1. It's the first thing I saw and what made me click on the story. What's even scarier is that is my wife and I have a trip planned to SoCal next month and little does she know that it's really just a scouting mission for me to see if I can find a clean W126 to go with our W124. A SWB 300 ought to do it.
That W126 has got me salivating.
It's appropriate that the Benz's photos are at a gas station. As an owner of a mere 300e W124 I can attest to the fact that these things burn gas like Germany is about to invade an oil rich country.
@KillerPM: Wouldn't fit. 500E's are all different past the firewall.
This is the best written thing about anything I've ever read. I hate Beige.
@JayBrizzle: When it comes to my dad the problems for GM got compounded when he became an auto-mechanic. He would come back from work spouting the gospel of Honda is engineering God and The big 3 are cost-cutting crud. Him being a mechanic his friends listened and eventually they all switched to Honda too, and so did their kids and so on. You can really see how poor product sank GM.
My parents immigrated to North America in 1984 and my dad couldn't wait to get his first American car. It was a Vega. He was shocked at how hard it sucked. His next car was a Civic and he's driven Hondas ever since. So I guess if the Vega was any good GM would still have a customer in my Dad and probably me.
It looks shoddily put together. Like something some guy made in his back yard. But not as good as the guy who made that Countach. #lexuslfa
All that work, all that trouble, and all that money to make it Yellow. Yellow. Ugh.
