      • BenLikesCars commented on 1984 Toyota Cressida

"a couple years ago, I saw one on the side of the road (en route to the shore) with a cardboard sign indicating for sale, $500."

      • BenLikesCars commented on PCH, Old School Euro-Luxe Edition: Bentley or Mercedes-Benz?

"Bentley can be a four-door open-top car very easily. and that addresses the interior scent too. torch the remaining interior, replace with linoleum and a quartet of Sparco seats with built-in racing harnesses."

      • BenLikesCars commented on PCH, Old School Euro-Luxe Edition: Bentley or Mercedes-Benz?

"the Bentley can be made into a four-door open-top car, easily, and that does the one rock two birds thing by airing out the interior on an ongoing basis. use lighter fluid to take care of the more deteriorated interior pieces, let it air out, and then use linoleum to cover the rest, maybe a quartet of Sparco seats with integrated four-link seatbelts. a roll-cage will keep the car from falling apart without the roof, and handling will improve too. a small block usually solves most dynamic issues."
