If any of you knew anything about this car you'd realize that it needs to be up in the air, and the belly pan (which covers the entire underbelly of the car) needs to be removed. It's not a one man job until you get that off. You'd be better invested in a car lift and offer the neighbor a beer to help. I'm sure they wouldn't mind for a GT.

It should be common sense to anyone who drives or got a ticket in CA that pulling something like that gets you an instant reckless driving ticket and your car impounded, if in fact it was 200. They wouldn't be breaking this ticket story for a year after it happened because that's how long he'd be in jail. And anyway, a car like that, NO one would be stupid enough to just pull over. You COULD outrun the plane/choppers. And the motorola can be defeated by taking a back alley or just huffing into someones open garage.
