I've flown something like 60-70 times since the creation of the TSA and never had one agent be anything less than professional. I think they get a bad rep due to media hype.
The most opulent 1st car I ever saw was in 1993- a brand new Viper RT10. Kid thought the build quality was poor, and Dad agreed so it was traded for a 911 RS America a few months later. This is the kind of thing that would generate hateful envy for most people, but the kid in question was one of the nicest dudes you would ever know. Also, even at 16 he was a hell of a wheelman.
