@powermatic: BTW, some of my best friends are jewish.
@powermatic: Yes, yes, you're brilliant, no one has ever made those connections before you. The mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Hitler is dead. so is Mr. Ford. But Blacks in America are still discriminated against, NOW, in 2011. Save your cause for another day. Reflect on how far Blacks have come since MLK, and how far they still have to go.
@dmckoltrane: Ignore the past ...

It's 2011, AIG, NJ office, an entire department told they will be moved to Atlanta. Not unusual, except that the one White secretary was promoted to the NY office, the rest of the department, all minorities shipped off to Atlanta. Coincidence? Maybe.

2010, an accounting firm, taking over by a national mid-west firm. After reviewing the HR files, all the Black and Hispanics were fired. I mean laid off. There was only 1 Hispanic partner in the entire country and he quit because no one ever called him by his name, they always introduced him as "the Hispanic Partner". There is also no female partners in this national accounting firm. Coincidence? Maybe.

I'm giving the Green Book to all the fired employees.

..... doomed to repeat it.
@powermatic: Jews always trying to make it about them. Daymn dude, can't the rest of us have fuking day to reflect?
Daymn that's purdy. Maybe it will come to Grand Central like the art cars did. Hope springs eternal.
@Kraakmo: Bravo to Sweden and Germany, they obviously have some brains running the joint, at least when it comes to cars and healthcare.

I went to Cologne Germany for Christmas and New Years a couple years ago. I rented a C-Class Kombi diesel with a manual transmission. Great fun, got a ticket for going 134mph on a restricted section of the autobahn, woops.

The rental counter told me I was required to pay extra for winter tires. No problem, but first tell me what tires were on the car I will be renting? I was informed winter tires. My response - no I don't want winter tires. Heheheh got out of a $30/day charge. Yipeee!
I want to autocross my E28, soooo:

strut braces
shocks
springs
antiroll bars
urethane bushings
headers and catback exhaust
short shift kit
750il brakes
stainless steel brake lines
15 or 16 inch wheels
DOT approved racing tires

that's it.
@ishigakisensei: My response, is it not what your small mind was attempting to evoke? I decided to give you what you were seeking so that you could crow and convict yourself.

My comments regarding Mr. Nader "Forced you back to defend your crushed ego." Your initial foray into ad hominem exposed you own insecurities and weakness.

Your solipsism seeks satisfaction, validation, and even derives a demented pleasure, from waging, what for you must appear to be a battle. Allow me to quiet your brain in vat.

Yes, you've won, my good Samurai, the truth belongs to you. Rashōmon.
Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, all over Europe, driver's switch to dedicated winter tires every season. Compromised all season tires are only popular in America. Why?
@ishigakisensei: Yes, yes you win. LOL. You're opinion is SOOO much more valid than mine. I consed to your superior - opinion. LOL. Like I said at the beginning, you're funny.

You obviously love Nader's Lebanese dick, you suck on it soo damn hard. Stop giving up your ass up to this guy, he's like, what 100 years old now, he can't take much more of your dirty shit hole without dropping dead. Now go wipe your ass of Nader's jism and chill out.

Nader's a joke, just like you. Here are other's who think so too:

@ishigakisensei: It has become very obvious that your ability to comprehend, and respond to others opinions while remaining objective is quite limited. So there is no need for me to attempt to have intelligent conversation with someone who is clearly impaired.

I will put this simply so that even you can understand. I have expressed my opinion, it is a valid one, supported by others in the automobile community. If my opinion differs from yours, so be it. I can live with that.
Wow in Vienna they can use their cell phones on the subway. Wish we could do that in NYC. Wait - no I don't.
@ishigakisensei: Actually, my sake laden sensei, it is YOUR inability to read that is causing you trouble.

I actually stated my opinion that because of Ralph Nader's comments about the Corvair's handing in his book 'Unsafe at Any Speed', and the national publicity that ensued, the DOT and NHTSA investigations that followed, 'KILLED AMERICA'S FIRST REAL INNOVATIVE AUTOMOBILE DESIGN.' I never said anything about Nader killing the Corvair. I was speaking from a engineering/design perspective.

Reading is fundamental. You might want to try it sometime.
@Barnaby Jones: Where, where where? I'm soo hungry. 3 Tacos in my hood is $9.
@ishigakisensei: You're funny. Put the crack pipe down guy. You're making a fool of yourself.
Speed racer's Mach 5 - On road, on the track, off road, through forests, and jumping into the air, nothing can top the Mach 5 as the best animated car ever imagined.
The news section was absolutely DREADFUL!
77 Caddy's did not have 500ci engines, they were 425ci. Duh! Other than that, not so bad so far.
