There was only 1 Hispanic partner in the entire country and he quit because no one ever called him by his name, they always introduced him as "the Hispanic Partner". The rental counter told me I was required to pay extra for winter tires. No problem, but first tell me what tires were on the car I will be renting? I was informed winter tires. My response - no I don't want winter tires. Heheheh got out of a $30/day charge. Yipeee!
