Thomas was arrested for jumping on a cop car this morning in Sacramento and screaming his name.

He was easy to find, says The Sacramento Bee, because he was wearing a "dark puffy jacket, a sombrero and a boxing glove on one hand."

Thomas was arrested on the suspicion of being drunk in public. Clearly.
