There hasn't been a two-door Mercedes-Benz C-Class in the US since that Sportcoupé hatchback that went away in 2005. Now, the two door base Benz is back, and it bodes well for what's to come. Or enjoy it as is.
The new two-door's debuting at the Geneva show next month. Informed followers of the performance-car business say these days a coupe is a must — BMW, for example, sells twice as many M3 two-doors as sedans. Since there's never been a gun we haven't jumped, we'll go ahead and say the C63 Coupe is on our hot list for next year.
