They did not; I used this photo because I wish they had so triumphed. According to a 2006 memo, DaimlerChrysler attempted to send a lemon '04 Dakota to Washington state, stating "This is a regular transfer (to DaimlerChrysler) and should not be branded in any way as a lemon-law buyback."
