It’s name is a delicious mouthful, and so is its idle. Every so often the members of America’s overlord class at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance will fire up their cars, and they sound incredible.
This particular car sports a 3.5-liter V12 pumping out 320 horsepower, which was a lot for 1956. If you put this thing on a long enough straight, it’ll also top out at about 170 miles an hour.
Late last year, one of these sold for over $28,000,000. I might just pay that much just to listen to the engine.
