				 Chrysler may want to give the new Dodge Dart <a href="http://jalopnik.com/5883392/dodge-dart-gts-210-tribute-moar-mopar">a well-accessorized introduction</a>, but other product lines are getting some welcome Mopar-style attention as well. 				One of the highlights of this past weekend's Fairfield County Concours d'Elegance in Westport, Conn., was a tribute to the Hemi engine. 				The old-school shifter gurus at Hurst are back in the custom vehicle business, choosing the <a href="http://jalopnik.com/398221/2008-dodge-challenger-srt8-part-one">2009 Dodge Challenger</a> as their latest canvas. The Hurst/Hemi Challenger is scheduled to make its debut at the 2008 <a href="http://jalopnik.com/tag/sema/">SEMA</a> show in Vegas, after which it's expected in dealerships during the first part of next year. A Hurst shifter is included, of course, along with branded wheels, requisite gold stripes and "H" logos. The rest of the package consists of mods in your choice of four different stages of tune, topping out with a 500+ HP blower-equipped version. Now they just need Linda Vaughn's granddaughter on hand to be the spokesmodel. With its two-mode hybrid system and cylinder deactivation capability reigning in the big 5.7-liter HEMI engine, the hybrid twins are expected to return a 25% increase in fuel economy, up to 19 MPG city, 20 highway. Yes, even though they've been hybridized, they can still tow 6,000 pounds, along with all your rugrats and their junk. We suspect the market for these vehicles will be pretty strong, and sales may swell into the hundreds. 				The <a href="http://jalopnik.com/cars/sema/sema-2007-the-hemi+powered-sr+392-roadster-gets-revealed-a-wee-bit-early-316500.php">SR 392 roadster</a>, built by Quality Metalcraft's Michael Chetcuti and Chrysler's Mark Allen and Ralph Gilles, will be auctioned off in August at the the Russo & Steele car auction during the Monterey Historics. In case you've forgotten, the SR 392 concept made its debut in the Chrysler display at last year's SEMA show and it's named after the <a href="http://jalopnik.com/cars/sema/sema-2007-chrysler-hemi+fied-sr-392-roadster-custom-concept-315977.php">392 6.4-liter Hemi crate engine</a> under the hood. 				After more than a year of anticipation, Chrysler has taken the wraps off the <a href="http://jalopnik.com/397857/dodge-challenger-super-stock-teases-us-in-video-form">Drag Package</a> for the <a href="http://jalopnik.com/352792/2008-dodge-challenger-srt8-revealed-officially">2008 Dodge Challenger</a> (Read our three-part review of the SRT8 <a href="http://jalopnik.com/398221/2008-dodge-challenger-srt8-part-one">here</a>!). At least 100 of the Mopar muscle machines will be built, each tailored for the specific NHRA category in which the buyer wishes to compete. The car? At this point, unknown. But the brochure will totally hit the "Found on EBay" pages shortly. That's because Dodge has created a gorgeous piece of showroom lit &mdash; with the fonts, photography, and graphic touches that channel the 70's Challenger. But as always, it's what's inside that counts. 				Have you been <s>greenwashed</s> convinced into thinking you can drive a big SUV and still do your part for the environment? Chrysler says you'll be saving big bucks driving an Aspen or Durango Hybrid over a "competitive vehicle" from GM. "$8,000 below the competition," they crow. But wait, GM doesn't make a 7-seat hybrid Trailblazer or Envoy. So what Chrysler is really referring to as the competition are the Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon hybrid twins. Ok, so technically the Durango/Aspen and Tahoe/Yukon are both classified as full-size SUVs, but doesn't it go without saying that a Tahoe is going to cost more than a Durango?
