Surveillance footage shows when an Orlando police officer struck a pedestrian crossing a crosswalk in January, then left the scene without reporting the incident or calling an ambulance.

Officer Fiorentino-Tyburski hit pedestrian Tetris Nunn as Nunn crossed against a signal. As the video shows, Fiorentino-Tyburski checked on Nunn, asked if he was okay, and stayed with him for three or four minutes before getting in his marked car and leaving. At no point did he call an ambulance, and at no point did he call in the crash.

Only later did Nunn call the police. While he did not think he needed medical attention, another witness called for an ambulance, which took him to the hospital.

WFTV 9 News reports that the pedestrian was at fault for being in the crosswalk, and the officer was found at fault for leaving the scene.
