The old San Francisco neighborhood parking permit shows that this car managed to survive on the street thanks to excellent maneuverability and small parking footprint. Why did it get junked? Most likely cause: thousands of dollars in street-sweeping parking tickets made it too costly to get out of the DPT's impound yard.
