The 24 Hours of Le Mans hasn't even started and already a Ferrari has crashed. This impact was big enough to break a tire wall and its retaining fence, as well as red flag the practice session.

Ferrari is a small company in Italy that you may know from the time they crashed a 458 into a Toyota TS030, flipping the prototype through the air. Possibly you remember them from 2011, when they crashed into an Audi R18, bashing the car into a tire wall so hard the prototype flipped into the air.

The driver was Tracy Krohn of the Krohn Racing GTE-Am (the Am stands for amateur) Ferrari team. He was checked at the hospital and released.
