We've just heard Underground Racing's twin turbo Lamborghini Gallardo crashed and flipped yesterday at the Texas Mile under heavy crosswinds. The video below just misses the crash but other photogs supposedly may have better shots. Have them? Send them! UPDATE!

We're told the driver is still alive but the car, as you can see, is totaled. We doubt there's any amount of buffing that'll get those bumps, bruises and breaks out. Here's video that just barely misses the crash, but does manage to pick up the final run:

UPDATE: Below, a new photo from madmla21 of the Gallardo, now missing its back half, on a trailer bed back to the Underground Racing shop. Also, the wheel well appears to be sans wheel.
