That way we'd remember Olds for departing the world in a blaze of glory, with the awe-inspiring Hairy Olds symbolizing everything that Ransom E. Olds once stood for. A '66 Cutlass with a Toronado front-drive transaxle (which was chain-driven) and bored-out 425 engine... at each end. Oh yeah, with blowers. OK, so all the '64-'72 GM A-bodies share, like, a million components, so you don't really get the serious fabrication props when you mix and match body parts to make, say, a GSamino or a Judge station wagon, at least not compared to the awe you'd inspire by building your own suicide-door Continentalchero.
