Sorry about that, especially since I myself do think that everybody should poke at the Frogs every now and then. As you can see in my comments, the Frogs (or should that be "Grenouille"?, and yes, I had to look that up) do have a way sneaking up on you every now and again, too.

I am, obviously, a compulsive smart-ass, though. Can't help it- Smart Ass Anonymous (SAA) did me no good. Actually, they threw me out, since to me the meetings were target rich environments for me, so to speak.

I just couldn't help it though- basically, you hung a fastball right down the middle of my strike zone, so I just had to whack the hell out of it, swing for the fences and all that. One thing that was nice was I actually got a response or two from my comment. It just seems like about 99% of the time I make a comment, then other comments start flashing by and I can basically hear the crickets chirping in the background. I don't think my comments are that bad, but I am a biased judge. I did like the fact that you were even a bit bemused by what I said. Annoyed as hell, too, but also bemused. No malice was intended, though, I hope you realize. I tell my friends, who obviously have to put up with this shit pretty frequently, that I only pick on people I like.

I hate to say this, or maybe not but, I did refrain from making one more comment about your comment. You mentioned "Firestone" and "American sounding", and I was very tempted to add that, well, Firestone is owned by Bridgestone, and Bridgestone is (cough, cough, wheeze, wheeze, ahem) Japanese. But that would've crossed the line, in my opinion, plus I figured if I posted that, you'd track my ass down and whoop it severely....
So, cheers, keep them comments coming, live long and prosper, thank you for your kindness and your patience, etc. and so on,
PapaLegba- AKA Keith (by the way), stuck here and sitting here in front of my 'puter in the upper Shenandoah Valley in Virginia....
