Moving into the future by combining the pioneering engine technologies of Rudolph Diesel and Nicolaus Otto is Die Reiselimousine der Zukunft. The Mercedes F700 concept predicts the coming standard of the large touring saloon by melding superior design with several hectares of auto-adjusting plush leather. Frankfurt Auto Show: Mercedes Benz F700 Research Vehicle Revealed

This morning we showed you the video, now clock the static image. This is Mercedes' idea of the future. The future of luxury to be specific. Obviously it's three-shades of bling imposing and chock full of the luxo-goodies you'd expect on the finest yachts, but it also sports a turbo-charged, direct injection diesel motor with multi-cylinder deactivation and a hybrid support system.
