Concept cars, in all their finicky detail, are not the high points of waterproofing. They also need to be revealed with dramatic flair every so often. Hence the need for custom tarps. This one is used by Mini to waterproof and to occasionally reveal with dramatic flair their Rocketman concept, a car so close to yet so far from what a modern Mini should be.
