A 200-by-300 foot billboard has fallen onto the Brooklyn Queens Expressway between Meeker and Metropolitan Avenues. It is suspected that high winds of up to 45 miles a hour brought the sign down.

Emergency workers have now closed the BQE, so cars planning on using the BQE will be now even more screwed than they would be if they were just driving it.
