APS Sportec Pumps Audi RS6 Avant Twin Turbo V10 To 700 HP

APS Sportec Pumps Audi RS6 Avant Twin Turbo V10 To 700 HPYa know, the Audi RS6 Avant is pretty boring from the factory. Who cares about a twin-turbocharged direct-injection V10 delivering only 572HP and 479lb-ft of torque? APS Sportec's rectified this indignity by pushing output to a much-more-insane 700HP and 584lb-ft.

Don't worry, we weren't be able to enjoy the Audi RS6 Avant and thankfully we won't have to enjoy the Sportec version now either.

But, a 700 HP wagon, huh? The car can be had at the Stage 1 level with only 650 HP and 540 lb-ft, but for real, if you're going to go, go all the way and get the Stage 2 system. Amazingly they were able to squeeze an additional 128 HP and 105 lb-ft of torque from the 5.0-liter mill with nothing more than an ECU reflash and freer-flowing sport catalysts. 0-60 time has been cut to 4.2 seconds from 4.5 but more importantly Audi's superwagon now has enough scoot to get out of its own way.
