Polaris Industries will buy the low-speed electric vehicle manufacturer Global Electric Motorcars (GEM), a wholly-owned Fargo, N.D.-based subsidiary of Chrysler. I hope this doesn't mean we need to find a new builder for the Jalopnik mobile command center.
