In MotorWeek parlance, the Fiero 2M4 can be literally translated as a "very proud, two body, mid mounted engine, four cylinder engine, sweetheart." We're not sure where they got sweetheart, but we never question John Davis.

Introduced for the 1984 model year, the original Fiero had the GM Iron Duke four cylinder with a simply astonishing 92 horsepower. In a car that weighs nearly 2,600 pounds, it resulted in a 0 to 55 time of 9.1 seconds.

Why measure 0 to 60 like everyone else?

So sit back, relax, and enjoy this, the automotive equivalent of the Yule Log.

MotorWeek Theater is our showcase of some of our favorite classic reviews from public television's finest motoring program. How does this video only have 6,015 views on YouTube? It should be required viewing in schools nationwide!
