German supercar manufacturer Gumpert appears to be out of the Black Forest of insolvency. But these photos of its concept Tornante fell straight into the jaws of the Big Bad media Wolf. Mreh. We were rooting for the wolf so that we could get a peek.
The Tornante is a sex tornado that looks more than capable of shredding the hairpin turns for which it was named. Powered by a 690 hp twin turbo V8, it features a paddle shifted six-speed semi-automatic transmission that sends power to a pair of Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, which we thought were for Lincolns.
