There doesn't appear to be an official music video for "Rain Dogs," but sonically and lyrically Tom Waits paints such a mental picture you find yourself walking the streets with the Rain Dogs. Poor souls with rich spirits.

It's not only an appropriate choice because, you know, rain. It was also written in a basement deep within the same Lower Manhattan we now know as The Dark Zone now. Of course, no one living near that basement probably connects their expensive condo with a rogue's paradise.
