This Heavily Damaged Upside-Down Airplane Is For Sale And Can Be Yours

If you're going to sell a Cessna 172 H on Craigslist, don't show the plane lying upside down. It makes the thing look like a sad little turtle flipped on its back.

The seller, Jim, explains how the $16,500 plane got so vertically challenged.

It started out as a bad hair day, ya know kinda windy, got called out to plow, course here in DV we plow gravel off the road, anyway must have had a twister come thru so i spent the afternoon flipping my plane.

We applaud Jim for his honesty, but the picture is not the best way to attract buyers.

The '68 Cessna sits at Furnace Creek airport in Death Valley, CA. It has been turned right-side up since the above photo was taken.
