Dallas Tornadoes Toss 18-Wheelers Through The Air

Those things flying are tractor trailers, lifted several feet up in the air by the extremely strong tornadoes in Dallas County, Texas. It's an emergency situation down there right now, and it seems it's not going to stop any time soon.

The storm is now in southwest Arlington and moving northeast. It seems that it will spare downtown Dallas, but it's wrecking everything on its path right now. Reportedly, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is in the path of the tornado and there are now 30 minutes delays according to the FAA.

According to the National Weather Service, Metroplex and North Texas is now under a Tornado Watch until 8:00pm. Here's the latest report:

AT 200 PM CDT...STORM SPOTTERS AND DOPPLER RADAR OBSERVED A TORNADO. THIS TORNADO WAS LOCATED 3 MILES SOUTH OF EULESS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. EULESS...IRVING AND DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ARE IN THE DIRECT PATH OF THIS TORNADO! IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY!

THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
EULESS AROUND 205 PM CDT...
IRVING AROUND 210 PM CDT...
COPPELL...GRAPEVINE AND CARROLLTON AROUND 215 PM CDT...

There are no reports of deaths yet, but the damage is pretty bad so far.

Prevent injuries or death

If you are in the path of the storm, remember to:

1. Move underground if you have a shelter or basement.

2. Move to an interior room in the lowest floor of a sturdy building.

3. Avoid windows.

4. Don't go outside or drive vehicles.

5. Don't use overpasses as tornado shelters. You may die.
