Typically in motorsports winning a race is the best way to guarantee a memorable finish to a race. We have to hand it to off road racer Mike Klensin for coming up with a different path to the same result—even if that wasn't what he intended.

Klensin was competing in last weekend's King of the Hammers off road race in California when he hit the final jump of the event with a little too much speed. The resulting combination of high flying rolls and bounces provided a finish line spectacle that must be seen to be believed.

The King of Hammers is a competition that involves a mixture of rock climbing and high speed off road racing in the same vehicle. Although there isn't an aerial portion to the event we hope someone awarded Klensin points for his perfect landing.
