Why you should wear clothes when you install a subwoofer

Working on your car at home can help one develop a satisfying sense of accomplishment. It can also lead to global humiliation, as with this underdressed Russian mobile-sound aficionado trying to install a subwoofer in his VW Cabrio the hard way.

This loinclothed do-it-yourselfer may not be working with the biggest bass box in the former Warsaw Pact, but the trunk opening on the Cabrio is also not the most generous. Hopefully he had the good sense to try sliding it in from a different angle before the hammer came out. As much as we usually like the idea of getting out there and using tools and taking pride in self-sufficiency, some things are best left to professionals. Or at least those wearing more clothes.
