What's the most dangerous car ever built?

With such stringent crash-test safety standards these day, driving a modern car's safer than waiting for a bus. But that wasn't always the case. What's the most dangerous car ever built?

As if the Pinto wasn't unsafe enough (what with the gas-tank thing, and the engines falling out once in a while), two inventors once attached a purpose-built wing and pusher engine, and turned it into an airframe. Sadly, both men were killed when their Mazar prototype crashed in 1973. Like no one saw that coming.
