Once upon a government bailout Chrysler was mad for convertibles, as any company that attempted to sell a roofless version of the current Sebring must be. But there hasn't been a new convertible added to the Pentastar lineup for some time, and the Challenger appears shy stacked up against the Mustang and new top-down Camaro.
