Go-Kart Driver Turns City Into Personal Video Game, Gets TasedS

Say Hai, a 19-year-old Minnesota man, led St. Paul police on a winding chase through downtown on this go-kart before being stopped after three Taser blasts. Yes, those are mismatched wheels up front.

When ordered by police to pull over Tuesday evening, Hai kept driving, running a red light and hitting top speeds of about 20 mph. Police eventually cornered him in a parking lot, where he nearly clotheslined himself trying to drive under a chain. Hai managed to keep driving through the first Taser hit, but the second brought the kart to a halt. He took the third after trying to fight with an officer, and faces misdemeanor charges impervious to any accumulated power-ups.
