Getting your hands on one of the most scary-awesome track-ready, street-legal cars in the world just got easier. TMI Autotech, American purveyor of all things fast and scaffolding-like, has just announced a cheaper version of the Ariel Atom 3.
The entry-level Atom 3 now comes with a 219 HP Honda K20 engine as opposed to the 245 HP unit that we tested last year. Of course, if you truly have a death wish, there's also a supercharged 300 HP option.
TMI doesn't expect you to sacrifice much performance just because you're paying less money, the 219 HP engine still delivers a 2.9 second 0-60 time. [TMI AutoTech]
