So far, all the pictures we've seen of the Ferrari 458 Italia have been hyper-retouched. Until today. Finally someone's snapped live shots ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show, revealing an extraordinary level of detail on Ferrari's newest stallion. Like LEDs!
