Moammar Gadhafi's Custom-Built Not-So-Rocket Car
When you're the divinely-chosen leader of your country, like Moammar Gadhafi, you can pretty much get whatever you want. Behold the Gadhafi-designed, Italian-built Libyan "Rocket Car." And by "Rocket Car," we really mean powered by an itty-bitty V6.
In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the coup that brought him to power, Gadhafi had this vehicle custom-built to his specs. It includes Libyan products like marble, leather, and oil. The "Rocket" is only supposed to look like a rocket and is actually powered by a 3.0-liter V6. Actually, we think it looks more like a suppository.
