    Skoda Fabia Scout Concept: Party Like It's 1999!

    The Skoda Fabia Scout Concept will debut at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show in March, with a form factor Subaru and Volvo popularized in the late 90's — the rugged wagon.

    Based on the Volkswagen A04 platform also underpinning the VW Polo and SEAT Ibiza, the Skoda Fabia five-door is a fairly conservative car in production form, but here it gets the faux off-roader treatment; tough lower cladding, higher ground clearance, and a much bigger, more aggressive set of wheels and tires. Nothing revolutionary here, but it is a pretty decent looking concept, even without all the concept car design gimmicks. [Autoblog.it]
