This pen was among the swag given out by the folks at BYD Auto. While we have no plans to eat this pen, we are nonetheless curious: Think there's any lead in it?

Yeah, it's a cheap joke on our part. But then again, we aren't the one painting toys with lead or putting melamine in baby formula. Please hurry and let us know if the pen will kill us; Didorosi's cowering in the corner and Matt is refusing to write anything else until we have an answer.
