Next Saab 9-5 Design Direction Revealed At Owner Event

A sharp-eyed guest at the 2008 Saab Owner's Convention snapped a nice photo of the design direction in which Saab claims to be taking the next 9-5. The new shape is much more aggressive than the current staid sedan from Trollhattan, and follows the oh-so-trendy four-door coupe styling arriving at dealer showrooms near you. Under the new shape, Saab hinted that the powertrain — or at least the Cross-Wheel-Drive system — out of the Saab Turbo X was a good place to look when speculating about the future motivation for Saab vehicles.
