After speaking to race offical (and Ecurie Ecrappe team member) TheEastBayKid, we have some stop-the-presses news! It turns out that so much discontent was caused by the black-flag-a-thon (and resulting penalties) at the hands of zealous track workers- seen by some as being a little too zealous- that Chief Perpetrator Jay Lamm decided to forget about Saturday's standings and start everyone over fresh today. The same Miata promptly took the lead again today, but front suspension woes seem to be slowing down Team Endurance Karting. Looks like it may be a photo finish!
